Date(s): June 23 (Saturday)
Time: 1:00pm - 4:00pm
Description: The practice of mindfulness is developed so we can see the patterns of suffering and freedom directly in our own hearts and minds. From this direct seeing we are given a path to choose our own awakening.

This afternoon workshop will focus on the psychology and path of mindfulness laid out in the discourse of Four Foundations of Mindfulness. We will look closely at how mindfulness is traditionally practiced, and its promise of freedom from suffering.
