| Description: | First we talk and answer questions for a few minutes, then there is a 40-minute sit. Then we read something aloud and discuss and talk about that and anything relating to the dharma or our individual practic es. This is a kalyanamitta (Pali for spiritual friend) group; all are welcome. It takes place every Tuesday evening in the beautiful home of Michael Sigman, a member of our InsightLA community. | |
