| Description: | The Brahmaviharas will be the subject for this 6-week series. Beth Sternlieb will teach on June 28, July 12 and August 9. Trudy Goodman will teach on July 19, July 26 and August 3. This is a course offering for intermediate and advanced practitioners. Students enrolled in this class should have an established daily sitting practice in order to get the most out of the teaching and class discussion. Each class will include meditation, dharma talk and discussion. | |
