Hooked on Technology? Reducing Stress with Our Digital Diets with Dr. Elisha Goldstein
|Date(s):||February 9 (Saturday)|
|Time:||10:00am - 1:00pm|
|Description:||Over the past 10 years technology has rapidly woven into our lives. While it brings a tremendous amount of potential, experience and research is showing that our inability to effectively relate to it is proving to significantly increase our stress, impair cognitive performance, and disconnect us in ways that impact our happiness and well-being. |
In this half-day experiential course we’ll bring awareness to our digital diets, explore ways to train ourselves to consider new, more mindful alternatives to our relationship with technology, and how to apply that expanded sense of awareness and possibility in our practices, especially with people suffering from the growing number of “i-disorders.” - increased distress in relationship to technology.
