| Description: | The sitting group meets at the beach every 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month, weather permitting. Here are upcoming dates: 1/28 2/11 2/25 3/10 3/24 Register at the link above to receive email announcements and reminders for upcoming sittings. Come sit by the great ocean, see the light come and awaken the sleeping world. Bring your wetsuit, some people swim after sitting. These are informal sittings without instructions. | |
| Location: | Ocean Park Water's Edge 2600 Barnard Way, Santa Monica 90405. Take Ocean Park Blvd. all the way West to where it stops, and turn left on Barnard Way. Take your first right at the stop sign into Parking Lot 5 South and turn RIGHT into short term parking before the main lot ticket booth. There is an extra (unmanned) ticket booth on the short term lot. If you come for the 7-8 AM sittings you need to buy a ticket for your parking stall number and display it ($1/hour). The booth now takes credit cards and cash (no change is given). The sitting group will be just north of lifeguard station # 27 or to the right if facing the ocean. Walk straight down the wooden board walk and then to your left. You may not be able to see us sitting on the beach from the parking lot. | |
