Description: Who loves? What is love?

In this Valentine's Day week, surrounded by flowers, hearts, paper doilies, and soon, heart-shaped boxes of half-price chocolates -- the question of love is on our collective minds. In this retreat we will explore true love -- what love is, what it is not -- and how to find it.

Mindfulness needs to be married to love, or at least in a close relationship! Bringing heart and mind together, we will spend a quiet day sitting and walking mindfully.

InsightLA's monthly silent insight meditation retreats are open to students of all levels, and include time for sitting and walking meditation, dharma talk and discussion.
