Elisha Goldstein

Elisha Goldstein, Ph.D., is a Psychologist and MBSR teacher in private practice in West Los Angeles, and co-author of the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Workbook. He is also author of the audio CDs Mindful Solutions for Stress, Anxiety, and Depression, Mindful Solutions for Addiction and Relapse Prevention, Mindful Solutions for Success and Stress Reduction at work, and co-author of the multimedia Guide Mindfulness, Anxiety, and Stress. He has also given workshops, radio interviews, and lectures in multiple settings on therapeutic benefits of mindfulness, including Kaiser Permanente, UCLA's Neuropsychiatric Institute, UCLA’s Anxiety Disorder Clinic, University of Washington, and the Mindfulness and Psychotherapy Conference at UCLA headlining Thich Nhat Hanh, Jack Kornfield, Trudy Goodman, and Daniel Siegel.

He is author of "The Now Effect: How this Moment Can Change the Rest of Your Life" and coauthor of "A Mindfulness‑Based Stress Reduction Workbook." He is also author of the Mindful Solutions audio series and the Mindfulness at Work™ program that is currently being taught in many multinational corporations.
