Time: 10:00am - 1:00pm
Description: THIS IS THE REGISTRATION FOR THE SATURDAY EVENT. PLEASE NOTE THE SUNDAY RETREAT IS A SEPARATE REGISTRATION.

The Dalai Lama has stated, "My true religion is kindness."
Although sometimes described in our culture as simplistic, weak, or inherently overwhelming, the quality of compassion has an inherent power to transform our worldview from one of fear and isolation to one rooted in clarity, courage and connection.

Through discourse, guided meditations and question-and-answer, Sharon Salzberg will explore the strength and happiness of
compassion.

This workshop is suitable for new and experienced
meditators alike.
