Practice Groups
InsightLA’s mindfulness practice groups are a great way to start and/or maintain your meditation practice. We offer several options in an effort to encourage you to find something that fits your needs and are committed to having periods of practice each day of the week. Each group is drop in and free.
Practice Groups with Teacher Instruction:
Teachers have their own style. The basic structure is 45 minute sitting meditation, 20 min walking meditation, and time for teaching with group discussion. Please click on the group title to find out more.

Open Practice Sessions:
Drop in anytime throughout the hour. There will be a practice leader that will track the time. Sitting periods will be in 25-minute increments and there is 10 min walking period. There is no teaching, but instructions will be given by request.

Saturday 7:00 am - 8:00 am Jane Davis 1st Saturday of the month and Joel McLafferty 3rd Saturday of the Month
