Retreats are for deepening your practice. We have non-residential daylong and weekend retreats every month. Retreats are quiet times; you'll be guided in silent sitting and walking meditation, hear dharma talks and have time for sharing and discussion.

Drop-in sitting groups are a great way to start or maintain your mindfulness practice, and usually consist of a 30-40 minute silent sitting meditation followed by walking meditation, a short dharma talk, and discussion. Our main sitting group is Thursday nights with Trudy Goodman.
