Celebrate Valentine's Day with a morning Metta Half-day Retreat.

Open your heart to joy and peace as we put forth the wish, 'May all beings happy'. This Valentine's Day, we'll reflect on what brings true happiness and we'll tend to its source within each of us.

Metta is a traditional Buddhist meditation practice that cultivates loving kindness and friendliness to all beings everywhere, including our selves. The practice of Metta trains the heart to open, to let go of anger and resentment, to be kinder and less judgmental.

The retreat will include, seated meditation, instruction, and group discussion.
