Wise Intention in the New Year and Beyond
In the new year, we are often faced with the idea of resolutions and self improvement. The Buddha offers us another way-- through wise intention we can guide our lives in a wholesome direction, while relaxing into the truth of the moment. In this talk I offer 3 ways to work with wise intention-- looking at what may be skillful to cultivate, what we are letting go of or abandoning, and also where we are resting in between those two, in contentment in our practice and in our lives.
