Emotional Resilience and the Buddha's Teachings
The class will explore contemporary and traditional mindfulness and compassion practices that help us let go of fear and reactive habit patterns. As we learn to navigate the inevitable challenges of life with confidence, stability, and kindness, we can transform our relationship to ourselves, to others and to our world.
The course is ideal for the student who has already taken a meditation class like Basics of Mindfulness, Mindful Self Compassion or Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and who wishes to deepen their mindfulness meditation practice.

InsightLA reserves the right to cancel a class or special event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If InsightLA cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, registrants will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date.
