Finding Freedom: The Buddha's Essential Teachings
This class is an interesting introduction to the Buddha's Teachings because it focuses on why we all continue to have stress (and all the ways to eliminate stress).
This class is appropriate for students with some meditation experience who would like to deepen their practice. Classes will include time for meditation, meditation instruction, teachings and group discussion, and is designed to deepen your practice.
Recommended to students who have some meditation experience, such as the Basics of Mindfulness class or Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction.

This class is a Dana based class. No one will be turned away for lack of funds. Dana means giving. The suggested donation for this class series, which includes 5 classes, is $180 dollars.
$36 per person of an average size class at InsightLA covers the cost of paying teachers, administrators, rent and outreach, as well as covering the participation of students who will pay less.
