Drumming Into Stillness, Rhythm Mindfulness and Sensory Awareness
Drumming in community is the most ancient and powerful portal for ritual, healing, celebration and deep concentration. It is a universal language enjoyed by people of all cultures since the beginning of time.
Mounting scientific evidence shows how "rhythmic entrainment" boosts immunity, induces the relaxation response, enhances mood and elicits a state of deep calm and centering through simple energy release and community connection.
