The Practice of Loving Kindness with Beth
Loving Kindness is a meditation practice that cultivates good will and friendliness to all beings everywhere, including our selves. It is a healing practice when we are angry or fearful and an antidote to negative emotions. The practice of Loving Kindness trains the heart to open, to let go of fear and resentment, and to be kinder and less judgmental.
Loving Kindness is based on our hearts' natural desire to be happy and to share this happiness with others.
This class will include seated meditation, instruction, and group discussion.

If InsightLA cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, registrants will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date.

Sliding scale from $165 to $225 per person.
Please pay at the highest level of the sliding scale that you can afford. This helps us make sure those who pay less can attend.
Whatever you pay above the lowest end of the sliding scale is a tax-deductible donation to InsightLA.
